What's the role?
In the Business Unit “Anchors” you will support our global procurement and logistics team. In this role, you will be working alongside experienced strategic supply managers in strategy engagements. As such, you will also have substantial visibility to senior management and the opportunity to position yourself for a full-time career at Hilti.

What does the role involve?
As an intern in our department, you will be part of a dynamic and competent team, which has a high focus on the smooth operation of procurement and logistics processes.
Your key responsibilities will be to support the team in developing and / or implementing material group strategies, close collaboration with our plant all over the globe and contribute substantially in global procurement/logistics projects. This may e.g. include conducting supply market screenings, analyzing and preparing data for important procurement decisions, creating automated reports, working with SAP/ETR and many more.
We as Business Unit Anchors source more than 48’000 tons of steel within one year globally.

What you need is:
- Currently studying in a Bachelor or Master’s program focusing on business administration, logistics / supply chain or business engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
- High commitment and self-responsibility
- Strong analytical and computer skills including MS Office
- Fluency in spoken and written English
