Our esteemed client, a leader in Technical Scientific Informatics (TWI), is seeking an adept Onboarding System Administrator to join their team on a 15-month contract. Responsibilities:
As the Onboarding System Administrator, you will be at the forefront of integrating IT services into the TWI environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition of technical solutions while aligning them with the business model of TWI. You'll be the translator between the IT realm and non-technical stakeholders, explaining intricate concepts in a comprehensible manner. Your insights will shape the onboarding process, as you collaborate with the Customer Service Engineer and central IT operations to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Your Expertise:

With a solid foundation in IT, you'll hold an HF/FH degree or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Your mastery of VMWare, Windows server and client technologies, and file services will be put to the test as you contribute to migration efforts. A desirable proficiency in Linux (Red Hat) adds an extra edge to your skills. Your familiarity with industrial operations, encompassing measuring devices, CAD programs, and software development environments, positions you as a versatile asset.
Language Skills:

Strong communication is essential. Fluency in German and English is a must, as you'll be working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders, often under pressure. Your ability to convey complex technical matters in clear terms will set you apart.
Additional Attributes:

Your self-organization skills will shine as you navigate tasks, and your unwavering customer and solution-oriented mindset will guide your approach. A readiness for travel within regions including Lucerne, Berne, Thun, Zurich, and Wilderswil showcases your commitment to the role's success. As part of security protocols, a willingness to undergo a personal security examination level 11 is required.
