Merchandiser / Administrator (100%)

In this role you will play a vital part in supporting our purchasing and logistics operations, ensuring seamless processes from purchasing to stock coordination and execution of shipments.
Your future responsibilities:
Merchandiser:
- Allocation of a preset budget based on the derived data insights
- Issue and keep all purchase orders up to date at all times
- Where required, ensure raw material purchase order placement timely
- Review and check monthly bills from vendors, confirm billing with collecting invoices and PO/Payment process in ERP system
- Track orders placed, monitoring the production timeline of goods
- Manage the shipment/monitoring the progress of procured items, goods receipting all items once goods have been received
Data Analytics:
- Analysis of historical sales data and creation of forecasts for upcoming seasons. Generate insights that drive operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives and communicate it clearly
- Forecasting numbers by category, colour, size and style, by season and channel as a base for purchasing decisions
- Routinely present recommendations and other analysis to executive management related to driving short and long-term business goals
- Analysis of profit & loss and performance per sales channel on a monthly base
Stock Control:
- Regular stock analysis of our different stores and warehouses
- Process branch transfers to guarantee the correct amount of the styles, sizes and quantities are in the right location
- Participate in inventory management and cycle-counting activities
- Communicate with team on key out of stock and low stock levels in store
- Communicate with team when shipments are receipted into the business, such as core replenishment styles
Your background and character:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science or an equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills; very sensitive to business figures/data
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, logistics, or supply chain operations within the fashion / textile industry preferred
- Excellence with Excel
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering technical information to non-technical audiences with clarity.
- High energy, team oriented with a positive attitude and a hands-on mentality
- Comfortable workin independently and taking your own initiatives comes naturally
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is a Plus
