Position Summary


As a Buildings Automation & Energies Technician, you will oversee the maintenance, compliance and regulatory changes of our technical installations. In addition, you will actively participate in several projects to implement and improve technical services, reduce environmental impact, and optimize our buildings costs

A Day in the Life of a Buildings Automation & Energies Technician


  • Supervise proactive, reactive, and evolutionary maintenance of building automation and energy installations
  • Manage compliance, security, costs, deadlines, and quality of building technical projects
  • Integrate installations into the digital strategy and continuous optimization for improved service, reduced environmental impact, and cost savings
  • Participate in the maintenance, renovation, adaptation, and evolution of technical infrastructure
  • Monitor regulatory changes and stay updated on technical building technologies
  • Assist in the implementation and use of a maintenance management system, and support its updates and improvements


What will make you successful


  • Approximately 5 years of previous experience in a service organization with a demanding population
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, including urgent incidents and long-term projects
  • Strong skills in energy, HVAC, or electricity/automation, particularly in the building industry
  • Successful track record in project management
  • Knowledge in budget management
  • Able to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, such as infrastructure emergencies
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, particularly in embedding digital solutions and optimizing energy usage.
  • Open-minded, teamplayer and flexible
  • Fluent in French and English
