MBK Fincom, a dynamic and technological E-Commerce, specialized in the production and sale of indoor and outdoor furniture in Europe, is now looking for a:
Customer Service – German Market
The candidate will support the country coordinator in the German market, supporting customers in presales, purchasing and follow-up. The resource will collaborate with the Marketing and Procurement department, in order to develop and support the country market.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Customer support, coordinating the customer care and customer service via email and telephone
- DE marketplaces management (KPI Monitoring, Escalation customer claims)
- Management of main website (navigational content and products) in support to country coordinator
- Identification of new marketing channels for site promotion in support to country coordinator
- Participation to the commercial, operational and administrative structure
Contract:
The right candidate will be employed full time with a permanent contract.
Requirements:
We are looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoy team working and can work independently.
Possession of the following skills/aptitudes is preferable:
- Knowledge of Italian and German (at least C1)
- Knowledge of English language would be preferable
- Previous experience in an eCommerce would be preferable
- Sales-focused attitude
- Previous experience in customer experience and satisfaction would be preferable
- Excellent PC use and writing speed
- Optimal knowledge of the office package
- Continuous pursuit of personal and corporate improvement
- Punctuality and reliability
